Parade Details

  • Date: July 4, 2025

  • Start Time: 9:30 AM (lineup at 8:00 AM)

  • Line Up Time: All entries must be in place by 8:45 AM. Arrive well before this time. Traffic will be heavy.

  • Check-in Location: Corner of Broad St and Crosson St. in Gilbert

  • Line-up Location: Along Broad St, heading toward the ball fields and the Senior Center

  • Location: Starts at Hampton Street, Gilbert, SC

  • Route: Hampton Street to Main Street; Ending at Gilbert Elementary School

  • Who Can Join: Floats, bands, groups, businesses—anyone with peach spirit!

  • Deadline: Register by June 15, 2025

Every year, over 35,000 people flock to Gilbert, SC, for the Peach Festival, and the Peach Parade is the star of the show on July 4th! Your entry helps create that magic—so let’s make it loud, proud, and peachy!

Judging & Awards

All entries are in the running for awards! Judges will review between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on July 4, 2025, based on:

  • Theme: “Peaches and Patriotism” (think peaches, red-white-blue, and local landmarks).

  • Originality: Stand out with a fresh design.

  • Wow Factor: Use color, effects, and crowd appeal to shine.

Awards

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons will be handed out at the parade’s start. No cash prizes, just bragging rights!
